We want you to feel well prepared as you take these next steps in our hiring process, so we want to share a little about us, the things we are passionate about as an organization, and how you can grow here. Let’s innovate!

The short of who we are

Listrak is one of the fastest-growing private digital marketing and ecommerce technology companies in the US, trusted by 1,000+ retailers and brands.

We drive customer engagement, revenue, and loyalty through our in-house, developed retail solutions.

Our story

20 Years of Growth and Innovation, Rooted in Ecommerce.

1999

Originally named Vertex, the company offers local businesses web design and hosting services. We created our first ecommerce website for our largest client, Movies Unlimited, and began “blasting” email newsletters to their entire customer list.

2000

The company’s focus continues to be web hosting and development, with an increasing email marketing business. Vertex is renamed Listrak to better align with our ESP capabilities, and the Listrak platform offers segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization via email newsletters and event-triggered messaging.

2008

Due to the economic recession, Listrak's business focus shifts to 100% email marketing and growing the Listrak platform into the cross-channel marketing platform it is today. We also establish our focus on supporting multi-channel retailers and small pure-play ecommerce companies.

2009

Listrak is the first ESP to have cart abandonment triggered messages integrated into its core tech platform. We support a roster of 195 retail clients.

2010

Using the order history data naturally collected in Listrak, our in-house developers create Post Purchase and Lifecycle Grid Solutions to offer retailers increased revenue.

2011

Javascript used for cart abandonment messages activates on-site Popups and helps grow customer lists.

2012

Listrak is the first ESP to integrate into Power Reviews and Bazaarvoice to merchandise Ratings and Reviews inside trigger emails for additional revenue opportunities.

2013

During a weekend activation for client Active Ride, Listrak deploys its first SMS program. Fifty subscribers sign up via the text-to-join campaign. Business growth expands employee offices to five different office spaces around Lancaster, PA.

2014

Listrak client list grows to 366 retailers and brands.

2015

In-house developers build and embed a Product Recommendations Engine into the platform, allowing recommended products (and content) to appear in email and onsite. Recurring Automated Campaigns is created and drives revenue for clients without the need for increased time or labor. Clients grow to 558 total, and Listrak opens its Newport Beach, CA, office to service west coast retail clients.

2016

The Strategy Services Department is created and delivers expert strategic guidance and support to maximize client revenue. Listrak breaks ground on a 90,000-square-foot office building to unite employees in a new HQ.

2018

SMS technology is brought into the Listrak platform for true cross-channel orchestration, a holistic data view, and a seamless customer experience. The Mobile Center of Excellence offers clients expert support for mobile channel success. Listrak reaches the 1,000+ retail clients mark!

2020

Listrak's Growth Xcelerator Platform (GXP) launches during the Covid-19 Pandemic - allowing retailers to identify anonymous website traffic, increase onsite conversions, and trigger revenue. Listrak leads with a remote culture for its 324 nationwide employees.

2022

Listrak’s Two-Way SMS Conversations In-Platform Conversations Console launches, turning text message marketing into a conversation. Push Notifications are coming soon to the Listrak platform, offering a new channel to retailers to maximize mobile and onsite engagement.

Our Everyday Focus

Client Success is
Our #1 Priority

At Listrak, our focused vision and shared values define our culture. Our guiding light to excellence is our commitment to our customers. Their success is our success, and every team in the organization is driven in their work to help them grow their business.

Listrak is trusted by more than 1,000+ retailers and brands, like Vineyard Vines, Academy Sports, Tula Skincare, Alex & Ani, King Arthur Flour - to deliver seamless, personalized cross-channel interactions, all from one platform.

Embracing a Remote Culture, while Staying Connected

Not every day does a leading tech company call Pennsylvania home. But Listrak does. In fact, we are proudly headquartered in Lititz and have a second physical office just outside Philadelphia.

In 2020 we shifted to embrace a remote culture for our employees to stay safe and succeed no matter where they call their home base.

Listrak is proud to be named a "Best Places to Work in PA." This prestigious honor elevates our visibility and hiring appeal to top industry talent around the nation.

Supporting the Communities Where We Work and Live

"No one can do everything, but everyone can do something."

We take our tagline to heart and encourage employees to get involved - no matter where they live! Twenty-four hours of volunteer time off are given annually to employees to make a difference in their community.
